There's a saying by Henry David Thoreau "If you have built castles in the air, your work need not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them." Apeejay helped me put the foundation under me. I fall short of words to express my gratitude. Being able to be a part of my Alma Mater's 40th anniversary makes me very happy and proud.

It is great privilege and honour for me to be the part of this prestigious institution. I count this college as a gateway to meet my destination successfully. During the very early years of my schooling, I always had a keen interest in dance, acting and singing and won many prizes. There was always a hidden desire to be on silver screen but could not flourish because parents had different dreams for me in their eyes.
After my SSC examination, I took fine arts as my stream and became a part of this very esteemed Institution. The homely and healthy environment of this institution helped me in achieving merit position in academics. Also the talent hunt programs organised over here helped me to sculpt my personality. The teachers and family always stood as pillar in my red and blues to support me.
After completing MFA, my first platform was a film on Bhagat Puran Singh "EH JANAM TUMAHRE LEKHE", in which I worked as an assistant director and post production assistant and also played the role of "RUHANI". My acting got an overwhelming response from the folks. I am also working with FM Rainbow as Drama artist and doing theater shows. Presently I am doing short films with Doordarshan. I feel the dream I used to see as a little girl, has started coming true. My journey has started and now I will pursue my career in acting and direction.
Beshak maine tv industry ke bahut bade bade serial's aur comedy shows likhe hai, behsak maine bahut si punjabi aur hindi films likhi hai, per aaj apne institute ke bare me likhne ke lie main ek baar firse fail ho gaya, writer hone ke baad bhi mere pas shabd khatam ho gaye ... mujhe lagta hai padhai aur kala dono ke lie yeh dunia ka sabse best college hai, agar mujhe kuch fantasy likhne ka moka mile to main chahunga takshila aur nalanda university ke principal's apeejay college me as student admission le ... thanks regards manoj sabharwal

Ten year ago I made a decision to seek higher education at Apeejay. Today that decision is the foundation of my success as it gave me the skills and tools I needed to excel in the modelling world. I am thankful to the Principal ma'am , faculty of applied art, friends and every person who is associated with Apeejay, because without their help and support it would have been very difficult for a guy who comes from a small town like Batala, with zero confidence, to achieve his dream. Apeejay gave me that tremendous confidence and a platform to achieve. It was a pleasant and memorable experience to be associated with Apeejay.
Soaring High is my nature is what I used to tell myself each day……. and it gave me wings of confidence to fly high….
