Dr Amandeep Kaur shared with the viewers that pandemic situations have occurred in the past as well if we go back to history and analyse it. He talked of 1980s when the Spanish flu had wiped off many lives from the planet. He added that we should learn from our mistakes and consider the possible strategies to deal with the crisis in the present times.
Dr Sukhdev Singh Sohal put forth that COVID-19 has affected people mostly in the cities and has hit the senior citizens of our country. Dr Kuldip Singh shared that COVID-19 will definitely create a change in our lifestyles, be it basic living or work life or travelling, etc. He added as the Government had put forth some rules and regulations post Lockdown, we need to adhere to them in order to keep ourselves safe.
Dr Shivani Sharma added to the above conversation that this is the time when we can find ourselves and recognise our true potential.
Dr Sucharita Sharma appreciated the efforts of the faculty of Social Sciences for successfully conducting the Webinar.
