Jalandhar, November 15, 2022: ACFA once again made its mark at the Youth Festivals organised by Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar.

On the first day of the Zonal Youth Festival, Bhangra, Folk Song, Vaar Singing, Kavishri, Folk Orchestra, Classical Instrumental (Percussion and Non- Percussion), Classical Music Vocal (Solo), Painting on the Spot, Clay Modelling, Poster Making, Collage, Cartooning, On the Spot Photography, Installation, Quiz (Prelims) were conducted.

Out of these 16 items, extraordinarily talented students of ACFA secured 1st position in 7 items i.e. Vaar Singing, Folk Orchestra, Classical Instrumental (Non-Percussion), Classical Music Vocal (Solo), Clay Modelling, Poster Making and Cartooning, 2nd position in 6 items i.e. Folk Song, Kawishri, Classical Instrumental (Percussion), Painting on the Spot, Collage and Quiz (Preliminary) and 3rd position in Installation.

Principal Dr. Neerja Dhingra congratulated the students for excelling in as many as 14 items on the first day of the festival. She admired the respective mentors of the students for guiding them in excellent ways.
